PB inspired quilt for Justin…

If you missed my post about my PB inspired quilt for Little Miss, you can see it here.  I wanted to make something cool for Justin to go in his room too.  We already had a space themed wall done, so I decided to go with space themed fabric.  Here’s how it turned out…

My mom quilted this on the machine for me with variegated bright colored thread and it adds so much fun dimension to the quilt.  The lighter variegations look amazing in the stippling on the dark strips, and the darker ones show up really well on the lighter strips.  I love variegated thread!!
Justin’s smile when he saw his bed all made for the first time with this quilt was priceless!!
